L-type Veneer Composer machine is mainly used to splice core veneers, widely used in the plywood, multi-layer LVL, floor board, container plywood factories.
This type of composer could join core veneer into one 4x8ft long veneer. This machine improves the traditional manual veneer forming method, and it help save the cost of repairing veneer, upgrade the veneer quality, and increase the production efficiency.

This machine is controlled by PLC control and touch screen.
One work is able to operate whole composing line. The complete process is automatic, from veneer feeding, thickness testing, holes detecting &cutting, gluing &composing to final stacking.
