1. Sanding Unit: Features a dual-sanding wheel or continuous sanding belt configuration, utilizing high-speed rotation to abrade the surface of the workpiece; equipped with adjustable-spacing sanding rollers to accommodate workpieces of varying widths.

2. Conveyor System: A textured conveyor belt works in tandem with a lifting module to ensure stable, drift-free transport of the workpiece; select models feature variable frequency speed control, allowing for conveyor speeds ranging from 3 to 25 meters per minute.

3. Dust Collection System: Comprising a dust collection hood, filtration system, and air pump, this unit achieves a dust recovery efficiency exceeding 85%, thereby effectively minimizing pollutant emissions during operation.

4. Control System: Utilizes a PLC or pneumatic pressure plate mechanism to precisely regulate sanding belt pressure (0.1–0.5 MPa) and rotational speed (2,000–5,000 RPM), enabling automated, fixed-thickness sanding operations.
