Blockboard Hot Press is critical hydraulic machine used to bond the layers of blockboard under controlled heat and pressure, curing the adhesive and forming a rigid, stable panel.
Working Principle
The machine applies high pressure (typically 1.0–2.0 MPa) and heat (usually 100–140°C) via heated platens to the assembled blockboard layup. This activates the resin adhesive, creating a permanent bond between the core, middle, and face veneers.
