A gluing machine is specialized equipment designed to evenly apply adhesives or coatings onto the surface of objects intended for bonding. It is widely utilized across various sectors, including automotive manufacturing, furniture production, packaging and printing, electronics and appliances, and architectural decoration. To ensure the safe operation, efficient repair, and proper maintenance of the gluing machine, the following key operating procedures, repair standards, and maintenance guidelines must be observed:

Operating Procedures:

Before starting the gluing machine, verify that all components are intact and undamaged; clear any debris from the work area to ensure that every part of the machine is in good working condition.

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)-such as work uniforms, gloves, and safety glasses-to ensure personal safety.

In accordance with the machine's operating manual, sequentially activate the power supply, the air supply, and the main unit of the gluing machine. During the startup process, closely monitor the equipment's operation; if any anomalies are detected, immediately shut down the machine to conduct an inspection.

Upon the conclusion of production, and in accordance with the operating manual, sequentially shut down the main unit of the gluing machine, followed by the air supply and the power supply. During this shutdown process, continue to monitor the equipment's operation closely.

Repair Standards:

During operation, closely monitor the material feeding status to ensure consistent speed and maintain production efficiency.

Operators must constantly monitor the operational status of the gluing machine; if any anomalies occur, immediately halt operations to inspect and address the issue, thereby ensuring safety.

Prior to the start of each shift, maintenance personnel must inspect the gluing machine's drive chain oilers, conveyor belts, rollers, and rolling bearings for any irregularities; replace any defective components promptly if necessary.

Conduct a thorough cleaning of the gluing machine once a month to remove internal and external dirt and debris, ensuring that every part remains clean and free of foreign matter.

Maintenance Standards:

Prior to the start of each shift, inspect the gluing machine's drive chain oilers, conveyor belts, rollers, and rolling bearings for any irregularities; replace any defective components promptly if necessary.

Perform general maintenance on the gluing machine once a week; inspect rotating components for signs of severe wear. If wear is excessive, the affected components must be replaced.

Conduct a monthly inspection of the gluing machine's lubrication system to verify that the lubrication channels are clear and to determine whether additional grease or lubricating oil is required.

Conduct a semi-annual inspection of the gluing machine's electrical components and motors to verify that their performance and safety functions are operating normally; if any irregularities are detected, promptly replace or repair the affected components.
