The fully automated glue-making machine is specialized process equipment that integrates automated control technology with the glue-making process. Through an integrated automation control system, it achieves programmed control over the entire lifecycle of glue production and application. All glue-making and dispensing operations are executed automatically under computer control; a PLC, utilizing secondary instrumentation, governs the precise addition of all raw materials while simultaneously monitoring shearing and mixing durations.

The control system employs a PLC as its central controller and utilizes two sets of six-sensor weighing and metering systems to precisely regulate material addition. The system features automatic recipe correction and multi-recipe storage capabilities, and can be seamlessly integrated with the client's production management system. System operation allows for switching between manual and automatic modes and incorporates various alarm functions to alert operators to conditions such as starch depletion, feeding malfunctions, and over-temperature events .

The glue-making execution unit comprises a main tank body equipped with a specialized shearing mechanism, complemented by traditional propeller-style mixing blades. The equipment includes an alkali preparation system consisting of an alkali storage tank, an intermediate transfer tank, and stainless steel piping. Additionally, the unit features a borax storage tank and a screw conveyor; the starch storage tank is outfitted with a screw conveying system, level sensors, and vibrators.

The conveying and auxiliary systems utilize imported pneumatic diaphragm pumps for glue transfer, with key pumping components featuring built-in redundancy for enhanced reliability. Storage tanks at each glue application point are equipped with liquid level sensors and mixing devices; the system also incorporates temperature sensors, allowing the PLC to precisely regulate temperature. The equipment features an automated tank-cleaning program and executes an automatic "blow-down" function after each batch of glue has been transferred to prevent clogging.

In terms of materials and reliability, the main tank body and liquid transfer pipelines are constructed from high-grade stainless steel. The alkali system, main drive shaft, piping, shearing blades, and propeller blades are all fabricated from stainless steel materials. Electronic components, primary control devices, and critical pumps and valves are predominantly sourced from internationally renowned brands or imported directly, thereby ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the entire system.
