Hydraulic Four-Side Composer is a high-efficiency, automated woodworking machine designed for laminating small solid wood strips or blocks into large, flat, high-quality solid wood panels. It is widely used in furniture manufacturing, flooring production, door making, and engineered wood panel processing.

1.Four-Side Rotary/Stationary Clamping
Equipped with four working stations/sides that operate in a cyclic or continuous mode.
Each side can clamp and press multiple layers of wood simultaneously, drastically boosting production efficiency.
Heavy-duty, rigid frame structure prevents deflection and ensures consistent pressure across the entire panel.
2.Hydraulic System & Pressure Control
Delivers high, uniform clamping pressure (typically up to 16 MPa) with smooth, shock-free movement.
Features automatic pressure compensation and pressure holding time control. The system maintains set pressure and automatically replenishes pressure if fluctuations occur, guaranteeing bonding quality.
Pressure is fully adjustable to match different wood species, thicknesses, and glue types.
3.PLC & CNC Automation
Controlled by a PLC with touchscreen HMI.
Supports one-button operation and programmable sequences for clamping, pressing, pressure holding, and unclamping.
Eliminates human error by standardizing pressure, time, and sequence parameters, ensuring consistent panel quality.
Sensors (pressure, position, photoelectric) provide real-time feedback for precise adaptive control.
